Interested in learning the art of block printing? Join us for our Block Printing Basics Workshop where you will have the opportunity to explore this traditional printmaking technique.

In this workshop, you will learn how to transfer a design onto a block, carve out your design, properly ink your surface and printing techniques . We’ll discuss different carving blocks, tools and paper types. We’ll have lots of images at hand that you can use, but if you would like to prepare something ahead of time, remember to keep it simple and make sure it fits into the carving block (4” x 5 3/4”)
